EJE&CON Code of Best Practices
for Talent Management and
Company Competitiveness Improvement
Towards a balance in management bodies
The Good Corporate Governance Committee of EJE&CON made up of a group of professionals from Law, Corporate Responsibility, Strategy, Finance, University and Human Resources backgrounds, has developed this project aimed at all organizations, regardless of their size and sector, so that they can join and embrace a new organizational model and Corporate Governance system.
The Code has been developed with a dual purpose:

What does it consist of?
It includes the main application rules in terms of equality and diversity, explains the corporate context, citing the latest reports issued by recognized business organizations and institutions, reviews what external and internal objective factors affect the professional equality of companies, and explains what leadership models are required by current society, immersed as it is in the IV Industrial Revolution, to finally formulate the proposal offered by EJE&CON to all organizations.
EJE&CON´s Proposal
Based on four main Principles, the Code provides organisations with ten specific Recommendations associated with each of these principles, as well as a procedure for assessing progress made by companies who have decided to adopt the code’s recommendations.

The EJE&CON Code just a click away
We trust that, when published, this Code will serve the purposes for which it has been drawn up and, as its recommendations are applied to corporate practices, it will accelerate the transformation process for which EJE&CON strives every day. We believe that it will be to everyone’s benefit..
